TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Reservation and Payment

a. Reservations can be made online through our official website, by phone, or in person.
b. A valid credit/debit card is required to secure a reservation.
c. Full payment is due before arrival. 15 New Street Trading LTD accepts major credit cards and cash.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Cancellations made 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not incur any charges.
b. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the total reservation.

3. Check-in / Check-out

a. Check-in time is 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
b. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Guest Responsibilities

a. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. A £500 fine must be paid before the guest may continue their stay if smoking or pets are found on-site due to the guest’s (or their party’s) actions.
b. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. A fine of £500 will be imposed for violations.
c. Pets are not allowed on the premises. A fine of £500 will be imposed for violations.

5. Liability

a. 15 New Street Trading LTD is not responsible for the loss of money, jewelry, or other valuables during a guest’s stay.
b. Guests are advised to use all facilities and amenities at their own risk.

6. Privacy Policy

a. 15 New Street Trading LTD respects guest privacy and handles personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
b. Guest information may be used for communication, internal analysis, and marketing purposes.

7. Noise and Disturbance

a. Guests are expected to keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
b. 15 New Street Trading LTD reserves the right to evict guests who disturb the peace without a refund.

8. Force Majeure

a. 15 New Street Trading LTD is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government actions.

9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

a. 15 New Street Trading LTD reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any changes where applicable.

10. Governing Law

a. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
